Poems :  The animal in me
Tags: poems   a.j. cardiais   The animal in me

I never let die
the animal in me ...
I always tried to keep
my instincts accurate

That's why I do not kneel
for men wearing ties,
because feel smell evil things.

And I do not do parties either
to the scented,
because they do not smell like forests ...

I do not observe his garments,
their propertys or their powers.
I seek their souls ...

Their souls are in the gaze,
are in the falsehood of the voice,
are in the fierce greed ...

And at the first danger sign:
there we go!
