Poems :  Live dreams
Tags: poems   a.j. cardiais   Live dreams

I never fought for my dreams,
because they were never far from me.
My dreams are like a tambourine:
light, practical and sonorous.
So I embrace my dreams,
and I leave patter the streets.

In the absence of my instrument,
I get another element
that has some sonority,
and I leave the city
enjoying my dreams

I've never dreamed of fame or money ...
In fact, I always tried to be happy.
My heroes did not die of overdose,
because they never needed to get high
to find happiness.

A poet, a dreamer, a seeker, a hippie, a anarchist... I do not know! A hobo, trying to improve the world. Click to see original Image in a new window
