Like a glove of the purest velvet
Caressing her soft, milky white skin
The fine drizzle falls gently on her neck
As she surveys the place she’s standing in

Her index finger settles sensually on her lips
As her slender frame trembles at his touch
She quivers from her shoulders to her hips
When he whispers that he loves her so very much

Her insecurities evaporate and ebb away
While they embrace beneath the lightly falling rain
Her eyes show him the light of another day
Where they will stand, embrace… and love again
